3.Wrong, Corrupted, or Missing Files

If you receive:

A corrupted file

A link that doesn’t open or download properly

Contact us immediately, and we’ll resend, repair, or replace the file for you at no extra cost.

4.Non-Refundable Digital Items

The following digital items cannot be refunded:

Instant downloads that have already been accessed

Custom-made digital content

Personalized files

Discounted or sale digital items

Gift cards or license keys

5.Exchanges

For digital products, exchanges work differently.
If you received the wrong file, we will replace it with the correct one after verification—no need to place a new order.
