At Your Digital Bazaar, we sell digital products only (such as templates, eBooks, courses, and software). Since these are downloadable items, once purchased, they cannot be physically returned.

Refund Policy

All sales are final – refunds are not provided once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• A technical issue prevented product delivery or access, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Exchanges

In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

• Store credit for future purchases, or
• An exchange for another product of equal value.
